Director, Aged 38, holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce, With a 13 year career in sales, vocational training; he has extensive experience in running training workshops, specifically behavioral, marketing workshops and implementing training programs throughout the organizations. He has successfully built and managed several business units from startup. He has extensive experience in setting up operations, managing P&L and establishing core processes for a business unit.
He has attended various national and international workshops and programs such as creative training techniques. He is responsible for managing all day-to-day operations of the business, developing HR policies, maintaining government and legal compliance and ensuring an on-going corporate focus on financial goals and objectives.
Mrs. Sonu Jha
Director of the company, she holds a Bachelor Degree in Art, responsible for review & monitoring of the overall operations of the Organization. She is a mentor and a guiding force for the Organization. She provides vital inputs and insights on cost control and monitors the progress of all the projects /business of the organization. She spearheads the Organization and is responsible for formulating and implementing the business plans.
Mr. Raman Kumar
Is associated as a Project Head in the company, he holds a Master Degree in Business Administration, Good in developing relationships with key decision-makers in the corporate or government organizations to achieve company goals & objectives. Approximate 6+ years of experience in Skill Training & Development, Liaising with Government & PSU’s, establishing of Skill Training Center of Excellence, operations, business development.
Mr. Jitender Kumar
Working as a Project Manager, he holds a Bachelor degree in Arts. He is a competent professional with over 5 years of rich experience, in the areas of Project Management, Sales, Operation and reporting. A strategic planner with proven abilities in project implementation, monitoring and technical supports in the area of skill development projects. Organizes plans, develops, and manages continued survey/audit readiness activities including administrative tasks associated with accreditation.
