Anshika Training Foundation is working form Current Year, Anshika Training Foundation  was promoted by like-minded Educationists, Doctors, Legal experts, Technocrats, Dynamic entrepreneurs, enthusiastic students and effervescent youth, all of whom were inspired by the conviction that individuals with knowledge resources and empathy for the marginalized must work with communities at the grassroots in order to help them overcome poverty and also share a common desire to bring about social change by empowering the unemployed and out-of-work youth by training them on vocational skills to make them ‘Eduployable’ [Educated + Employable].

Anshika Training Foundation believes that the path towards conquering economic poverty is through enhancing the livelihood capabilities of the poor and giving them access to sustainable income earning opportunities.  In the process, the poor must be enabled to break free from their past, develop an alternative vision of their future and set achievable goals.  They must be equipped with the technical, organizational, negotiating, and networking skills that will facilitate the fulfillment of their goals. Our aim is to stimulate and support these poor women and men to dream of a better future and stimulate their sense of agency as they Endeavour to enhance incomes, improve access to services or claim rights and entitlements.

     Vision

To build a “learning society” in which everyone has  the opportunity to fulfill their potential, build a worthwhile career and actively participate in the lives of the community & produce versatile and resourceful professionals who are relevantly qualified for their chosen profession and vocations within an educational environment that fosters innovation enterprise and enthusiasm for excellence.

Anshika Training Foundation started with a vision to provide skill-based training to students who wanted to make a career in need based sectors. The objective was to extend this training to the huge educated and potential manpower base in the rural/urban areas. From that initial focus on Agriculture and Need Based, Anshika Training Foundation graduated to developing and delivering training programs in urban, semi–urban and rural areas.

“Soft Skills has been an integral part of skill development. Students are exposed to spoken English, personality development modules, interview handling skills, dress etiquettes, Team Building etc.”

The vision of Anshika Training Foundation is to build a sustainable business model in the skill development sector and work towards the mission to skill and employ 10 Thousand youths by the end of 2025.
